Our story
Started to close a gap.
NTD was founded because too many organisations were choosing between big consultancies that sold strategy decks and small teams that could write code but not run a platform. We wanted a firm that did both, and stayed accountable for the result.
Today we work across custom software, DevOps, cloud architecture, AI engineering and security. Most of our work starts with a review, of an architecture, a cloud bill or a delivery process, and turns into a structured programme with clear checkpoints.
We are deliberately small enough that senior people stay on the work, and structured enough that the work survives us.
